I believe that how and why you eat is just as important as what you eat. That's why I take a weight-neutral, neurodivergent-affirming approach that honors your full identity and experiences - because true health encompasses your physical, social, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
When I'm not working, you'll find me catching up for brunch with friends, exploring Queensland's beauty, or experimenting with new recipes in my kitchen. I'm a firm believer that life is meant to be enjoyed (including the food we eat!)
